| How To's |
| The controls for the heating and cooling are to the right of
the middle bedroom door. Please be sure that all are turned off before
leaving. TV VCR AND DVD: Directions are on the coffee table in the living
room.
If you like, feel free to hang the American flag on the porch and lay
the seat cushions on the porch benches during your stay. Bring these in
before you leave. |

- Sunscreen Hat or visor
- Umbrella
- Paper plates, cups, napkins (if you
don't like washing dishes)

Departure Checklist
- Empty all trash baskets into large trash can on the back porch.
- Replace trash bags in each basket.
- Wash, dry, and put away all dishes and utensils.
- Wipe down all counters, sink, table, and stove.
- Leave the beds unmade and place all used towels in the bathtub.
- Bring in the flag and the porch cushions and place on the floor by
the table.
- Make sure all windows are shut and locked.
- Turn off all heating and cooling.
- Unplug all small appliances.
- Make sure all lights are turned off.
- Please sign the guest book located on the buffet in the dining room.
Include your name, date, and highlights of your stay in Bisbee.
- Please leave any suggestions or comments you may have in the notebook
on the buffet. (i.e. utensils you think we should add to the kitchen,
restaurants or businesses you liked or did not like, etc.)
